Creative Movement & Improvisation
Children ages 6 to 10 explore their range of movement, create movement phrases and learn the basics of modern dance technique. Experiencing the joy and freedom of improvising to music is fun and enhances overall health, wellness and fitness.
Strength, Toning and Flexibility
Strengthen, tone and stretch to gain flexibility,
improve balance and move with greater ease. Using free weights,
bands and resistance balls, you will work through a series of moves
and exercises to gain strength and tone all muscle groups.
Strength training not only improves your appearance so you feel
sleek and shapely, but also increases bone density (important in
preventing osteoporosis) and boosts metabolism (critical for weight loss).
Toning and strengthening classes, along with regular aerobic exercise,
