Yoga
Hatha Yoga encourages a mind/body connection and helps develop
focus, balance, strength and flexibility. In our classes you will
move through a series of age-old flexibility exercises in a
non-competitive environment, allowing you to move at a comfortable pace.

Pilates
Pilates restores muscular balance to the core muscles
of the lower back and abdominal region by strengthening the
deepest abdominals. These muscles are critical to the movement of
nearly every other body part.
Pilates promotes “wellness” -- health of the body and
attitudes of the mind.
Yogalates
Combines the moves and moods of Yoga and Pilates to give a focused whole-body experience that enhances overall health, wellness and fiteness.
